Salesforce Consultant - Contract - Onsite in Dublin 3 Days a week & 2 Days WFH
My client a top Pharmaceuticals company is currently looking to recruit a Salesforce Consultant to join its team in Dublin, Ireland on a contract basis.
The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for the following:
The Main Scope is CRM Solution Design and Release Management
CRM Solution Design:
- Create and lead solution designs for internal customers
- Help scoping of requirements to meet business needs
- Participate in requirement gathering in global/regional workshops
- Help mapping local requirements to the global standard
- Involved in decision making discussions with internal customer groups
- Documentation of solutions
Release Management:
- Planning deployments together with Project Managers and Operations Team
- Deployments between Veeva development environments and validation/productive orgs
- Review deployment packages with developers
- Testing deployments
- Preparing checklists and scripts for manual deployments
- Documentation of deployments Technical Skill Set:
Key skills for the Salesforce Consultant:
- Salesforce knowledge essential (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer is highly desirable)
- Veeva/Pharma experience highly desirable
- Basic SQL or Salesforce SOQL skills required
- Knowledge on API integrations and basic authentication methods (Keywords: SOAP, REST, Salesforce API, OAUTH, SSO) is a plus
- Experience with source code management/version control tools/continuous integration tools is a plus (Keywords: Git, Bitbucket, Travis CI, Jenkins, Salesforce DX)
- Marketing Cloud or Pardot experience a plus
- Experience with APEX a plus
Soft Skills Set/Others:
- Experience in global projects highly desirable
- Able to work in a diverse, Matrix environment
- Stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Working under tight timelines without compromising quality
- Eventual travel
- Working on site in Dublin (minimum 3 days/week - ideally full time)
