Description

Our client urgently requires an experienced Digital CRM Manager with vast experience across the end to end CRM email campaign life cycle.

The client have a customer portal that allows customers to manage their account in a way that best serves them. The Digital Development team are working with stakeholders to create a cross-functional centre of excellence to implement and optimise activity throughout the customer journey.

You will be an experienced Digital CRM professional, able to manage the implementation and optimisation of customer communications across a mix of channels to attract, welcome, on-board, service and engage customers throughout the life cycle and across all touch-points. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, refine and develop CRM and Content strategies and understand how best to implement using the tools currently available.

Previous experience around the following is also key:

  • Experience of working with and optimising marketing automation and multi-channel campaign tools such as Adobe/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo, Exact Target or equivalent
  • A proven understanding of life cycle marketing, You must be able to demonstrate how you have driven ROI through multiple channels in previous positions.
  • Good technical knowledge to communicate with tech teams and drive technical initiatives

Please note the client are based in South East England outside of the M25. The work will be required 5dpw on site. The contract duration is 6 months initially, with a view to extend thereafter.
