Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic & driven Application Performance Monitoring Engineer to join our central monitoring team.
You will be working with internal clients (platform engineering and application teams), designing and implementing wide deployments of strategic Monitoring solutions across the infrastructure and applications.
The successful candidate will be providing subject matter expertise to target engineering and application teams, helping to improve the performance and efficiency across the development and testing stages as well as configure monitoring and alerting solutions for the production services teams.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Application Performance Monitoring Engineer/Specialist.
This role will be working on-site at one of out Tier 1 Financial Services clients.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- In depth knowledge of monitoring tools, performance management or analytics tools.
- Experience of AppD beneficial.
- Mandatory: Background in Application Support, Application Development, System Administration and/or Monitoring Tools.
- Experience in writing technical documentation.
- Application Support or Development Experience.
- Experience in working with both onshore and offshore staff, within a globally diverse team.
