Description
For our client in Frankfurt am Main, Germany we are looking for 2 Business Analysts.Ideally you have some experience in eCommerce, CRM processes, and banking.
This is a digital transformation project in the banking industry where a new CRM frontend system will be implemented.
Your tasks are to analyse the gaps between the new CRM frontend solution and the requirements of the business and to find solutions.
Detailed documentation as well as a team of technical experts will support you.
Tasks:
• Link between business and IT department
• Fit-Gap Analysis between new CRM frontend and business requirements
• Discuss and agree on solutions to fill potential gaps
Required Skills:
• First experience as Business Analyst
• Basic Knowledge in CRM processes
• understanding of eCommerce processes
• Basic knowledge Banking terminology
• Interest in IT / digital solutions
Conditions:
• Start: ASAP till February 2018
• Duration: 12 months (+potential extension)
• Workload: 4-5 days per week (full time)
• Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany and REMOTE
• Language: English (German nice to have)
