Consol Partners' client, a leading player in the IT market renowned for its infrastructure services, is currently looking for a Windows packaging engineer to work as part of a managed service on site with a distinguished utilities company.

Position: Windows Packaging Engineer
Location: Hoeilaart, Belgium
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months, extendable
Language Requirements: Fluency in French and English required.
Job Description:
Principal Responsibilities:
Create application packages based on strict requirements given to the consultant by the customer.
Thoroughly test the package in the environment it will be hosted in.
Make adjustments as necessary to enhance the delivery, functionality, features, or to ensure seamless integration with the platform it will be hosted in.
Provide supporting documentation surrounding the creation and maintenance of the package.
Handle all workplace related 2th and 3th line support ticketing
Support existing team members when and where required.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Well versed in using Admin Studio including the Conflict Resolution Library (CRL).
Packaging for and/or migrating applications to WIN10.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Microsoft SCCM 2012 - Application Deployments/Software Distribution (Knowledge on MDT is a + )
Windows 7/10 technical application experience with advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting
Very good French/Dutch/English written and verbal communication skills
Strong communications skills at all organizational levels; oral written presentation
Ability to work closely and effectively with all other members and establish and maintain effective relationships with other stakeholders
Knowledge of Microsoft Back End technologies is nice to have (Windows Server , Active Directory, O365/Exchange, SQL, WSUS, )
Powershell Scripting (VBS is a +)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Education, Training &/or Certification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
ITIL certification is preferred
MCSA Microsoft certificate is a plus
