Description
As a Program Test Manager you will be responsible for the analysis, design & planning of all testing related activities to meet the Colibris 2.0 Finance Transformation Program needs.
You will be working closely with the solution teams as well as the build team to plan and execute system testing (ST), system integration testing (SIT), performance testing (PT), regression testing (RT) as well as user acceptance test (UAT) phases
Responsibilities:
* Define and drive overall quality for the different projects delivered in scope of the program
* Governing that the structured testing processes and methodology is being followed throughout the program
* Critically evaluates the deviations (if any from the above point) and escalate appropriately when needed
* Present the status/health of the projects (in terms of metrics derived from various projects) to the Steering Committee
* Observes and identifies the dependencies w.r.t testing, between the multiple projects and adapt the test strategy accordingly
* Identify the End 2 End processes/scenarios and make sure they are up and running in order ensure the Business Continuity
* Brings synergy between testing teams across various projects with in the program and ensures a smooth collaboration of Test team(s) with other teams (development, functional, infra etc.)
* Ensures that the necessary resources are available and on-boarded onto the projects at the right time
* Identifies the various types of risks (such as Functional, Technical, Operational, Environmental, resources related etc.,) from time to time and plan the necessary mitigation activities
* Envisages the process/areas, which can be the candidates for the Regression or Automation, which can have considerable saving in terms of Time & Effort, which in-turn result in Cost benefits
* Coordinates for the necessary POC's to be done (with support from CoE Testing) for the same
* Focuses, supports and aligns towards the Program's Goal & Objectives
Experience/Hard Skills:
* Proven track record as a test manager within large transformation programs
* Experience in successful ERP/SAP implementations as a test manager
Soft Skills:
* Should be a go getter in tough situations
* Fluent in communication (Dutch and English)
* Should be proactive and assertive
* Good in Presentation skills (with Powerpoint & excel tools)
