Front End Developer - JavaScript - React - Ruby on Rails - CSS - HTML - Central Government - South Wales

Methods are currently recruiting for a Front End Developer to join a team of Developers on site at a Central Government organisation in South Wales. This will initially be until the end of April 2018 with extensions likely.

The Project

The client is currently part way through a Private Beta phase of a large scales Digital Transformation Programme and want to progress to a Public Beta by end of April.

Skills And Experience Of The Front End Developer

  • Front End Developers need CSS and HTML skills, as well as being comfortable with Javascript.
  • Ideally, you will have experience with React and Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience of working within a Government organisation to GDS Standards is desirable.
  • Ability to work with Civil Servants to upskill and knowledge transfer is key.
