Proteus Europe is searching for a Google Script developer available to work in a short term project for one of our clients in Belgium

Your New role:-
1 - Context
The company uses a consolidated IT platform to retrieve, process, analyse and report energy market
data for internal use.
One of the key function of this application consists in:
- distribution of reports by e-mail
- managing the incoming e-mails
- storing the documents in a structured repository and notify the users.
These functions were relying on Ms Offices technologies (Outlook/Excel + VBA + shared folders).
The company is currently migrating them into Google environment.
2 - Scope of the mission
The company created a delegated Gmail mailbox to receive and send reports. We now need an expert intervention in order to:
a) Save automatically the attachments in a folder in the Drive: use an existing Google script, which consists to download attachments and put them on the new repository, or develop a new one if necessary. We would like to be able to easily configure it, like depending on certain parameters specify a different folder
b) Automatically transfer documents and reports received on a personal mailbox to a determined list of users. Similarly the management of the list of diffusion would be nice to have independently of the script, like in a google sheet that the script uses for instance so it

-Minimal language skills is English or French or Dutch
