Description

ERP Business Systems Analyst and Technical Coordinator.

The Business Systems Analyst communicates with the IT and teams by defining and fine-tuning requirements and vetting out complex scenarios. Drive projects from start to finish and support existing solutions. Delivery of solutions that meet business objectives, meet user expectations for functionality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

- Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, ability to articulate and communicate Project updates to management.
- Develop quality Excel Dashboards and PowerPoint presentations
- Manage Code move from dev to production by collaborating with all the stakeholders
- Drive projects and communications between IT and Business and become a liaison between both groups.
- Results driven - motivated and dedicated, Experience in agile methodology.
- Analyze and document existing processes, continuously work towards improving processes from an Agile delivery standpoint
- Assist in the creation of business requirements and facilitate discussion between IT and business. Must be able to comprehend technical designs and help communicate to business. Ability to orchestrate multiple teams for release management on Portal and ERP projects
- Detailed review and costs for proposed projects and their solutions
- Coordinate systems & testing teams, process managers and end users to ensure solutions are meeting business needs and the delivered functionality is what the customers want.
- Work with testing teams and monitor progress of functional unit testing and user acceptance. testing
- Defect management in HPQC, JIRA.
- Testing and Quality Management.

- Test Automation experience is a plus.
- Application of Business and Technical terminologies
- UX Design Experience is a plus
- Must have basic HTML/CS3/JavaScript skills and knowledge of Web/mobile technologies
- Must have 3+ years of working experience in an enterprise environment
- Must have working experience on SAP Projects.

Education/Certifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Processing or business-related curriculum, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant Years of Experience required:
5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Minimum 8GB RAM,
Office 2010 or higher,
Symantec End point protection software.
