This role sits within the 'Technology Support Office' - providing support services and governance for the wider technology team
The ideal candidate will have come from an IT / technology team background - who is skilled in HR and recruitment support.
You will be supporting the recruitment and expansion of the Technology team.
Your duties:
- Act as a central point of co-ordination for Technology Services recruitment needs
- Act as a conduit between Technology Services and the central HR team
- Liaise with the HR team to facilitate end to end process for new hires into the team (new job roles, candidates, CVs, interviews, progress updates)
- Identify and manage improvements to the process and relationship with key stakeholders
- Manage Joiners and Leavers processes
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate IT requirements; laptop, account set up & closure
- Security passes
- Health & Safety
- Internal and external training
- Maintenance and ongoing improvement of the Skills Matrix
- Act as central coordinator for capability and training
- Facilitate the creation of Professions, including communication, training, management, etc.
- Provide central coordination of the PMR process (performance management review), including facilitating benchmarking
- Review & take ownership of the process for tracking Annual and other types of leave requests
