Project/Role
Our Tier 1 Investment Banking client is currently looking for a Client Services Analyst to join them on what is highly likely to be a long-term project (12months +). The role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, process driven, an excellent communicator and eager to learn and develop within a global bank. This candidate will be happy talking to clients and will have a natural desire to help customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Data cleansing

Calling and dealing with both happy and unhappy customers - solve issues and problems when necessary
