Helpesk Engineer - Le Plessis-Robinson (Paris Area) - 144 Euros a day - Office 365 - Fluent in French
Duration: 6 months minimum
Target price: €144 a day
- Assist user through phone to prepare his Workstation to the migration
- Receive call from user who needs support during migration
- Escalate issue to the manager
- Answer to users mails
- To be able to explain Office365 migration ( to make the user comfortable with the different steps)
Requested profile:
1st experience with helpdesk and good skills with O365 mandatory.To have already be part of one O365 migration.
