Technical Sourcer/Recruiter - Austin, TX - 100% Remote
Excellent Technical Sourcer opportunity for a respected consulting firm that is seeking a person located in Austin, Texas! You will have the opportunity to work 100% remote, but must have extensive experience in recruiting developers within the Austin market and live in Austin full-time.
You will be responsible for sourcing Developers, mainly focusing on Java Developers. In this role you will utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to including direct applications to the company website, job boards, and social media.
This is a three month contract position that has the strong possibility of extending. This is a great opportunity to work for a well recognized consulting firm. You will gain exposure to enterprise companies across Austin and have the option to work 100% remote.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience within the Austin market
- Experience sourcing full-stack Developers (strong knowledge of specifically sourcing Java Developers)
- Strong background sourcing from a variety of internal and external tools.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 4 year college degree - B.S. (highly preferred)
