Linux Systems Administrator - Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH only
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business.
- Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Certified Linux or equivalent on experience.
- Min 5 years in the Unix domain ( System maintenance, virtualization, storage, security, network & protocols).
- High experience internal security, LDAP, security management and implementation in a Unix environment.
- Having experience in development and Scripting (Perl, Python, Bash, DevOps tools).
- Having knowledge of Webservices XML, RPC, REST is an add on.
- PSF certified.
- You are familiar with ITIL and IT Service management (roles and processes).
Description of work:
- On call service .
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to plan, organise and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, perseverance, patience and flexibility and being goal oriented with keen attention to detail.
- A desire to exceed project, client and co-worker expectations.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
