Description

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Rectification Analyst for one of our leading financial clients, the right individuals will be at 'Senior Analyst' level who have the experience to complement their world class team. We need analysts who can utilise and interpret data to tell a story; for example modellers who can use their statistical experience to create models or campaign analysts who can build and measure direct marketing campaigns.

This role will help drive bank strategy, derive customer journeys, as well as improve & develop bank propositions.

We are keen to hear from analysts who have a statistical or other related degree and a minimum of 6 months in a relevant role that experience utilises your skills and experience ideally within a professional services environment.

The Team

The Interaction Design & Implementation team is a centre of excellence for the design & execution of all interactions with our Retail (inc Wealth), General Insurance and LP&I customers. Activities include Discretionary, Service, Mandatory/Regulatory and Research and cover inbound and outbound channels. This allows a seamless experience for the customer across all touch points and ensures customer's needs are met in a timely and appropriate manner.

What we're looking for

We are looking for people who are passionate about data and analytics, have an aptitude for problem solving, and use that approach to provide simple and effective solutions.

You must be able to communicate effectively, have an eye for detail and demonstrate a restless curiosity. The individual must not be afraid to challenge status quo and we actively encourage innovative approaches to the way we do things.

Some knowledge of SQL (ideally Teradata) is beneficial, experience of other tools such as SAS, Tableau and Aster is also desirable as well as experience of effectively managing stakeholders.

The individuals must also demonstrate the following core skills:

- Planning & organising

- Understands data structure and databases

- Excellent numeracy skills (some understanding of statistical methods an advantage)

- Collaborative working

- Business Acumen
