Responsibilities:
Provide Industry insight into best practices related to digital delivery (not limited to telecommunication)
Conduct methodology and architecture analysis of centralized business management (eg. centralized war-room with multi-screens)
Build a competence model and map for delivery strategy.
Initiate delivery transformation's target and strategy; lead team to work out a path to achieve it.
Study the latest technology (with its architecture and model) of network roll-out and maintenance delivery.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of telecommunication experience in service & delivery - network roll-out, maintenance and/or operation. Work experience with mainstream vendor/subcontractor/operator is preferred.
Experience in building and summarizing methodologies and architecture.
Familiar with digital transformation (from strategy to implementation).
Experience in data analysis and operation of internet industry.
Know-how in building "data-driven" operating models and its IT architecture - capable of implementing it.
Strong experience in centralized operating project(s).
Familiar with operating methodology of IT/Internet companies such as Alibaba, JD and Amazon.
Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork and leadership skills.
Open for extensive global travelling if necessary.
Fluent in English.
