Alumni Relations Senior Coordinator

Global Event Marketing - EMEA

Global Banking

London

6 months (£275 per day) to perm (£45,000)

Act as the key contact for Alumni Relations Team in EMEA. Liaise between EMEA Offices and London. Manage memberships, website and social media as well as event logistics for Alumni events.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Management

  • Manage alumni membership across EMEA
  • Consolidate all alumni data across the region ensuring manual records are uploaded onto platform
  • First point of contact for all alumni related queries (registration, profile updates, pension etc.)

Events

  • Partner with our offices in EMEA to create, curate and deliver Alumni events
  • Manage and/or support all logistics for events
  • Manage all components of project including approval process, risk controls, budget etc.

Website and Social Media

  • Publish regular blogs, videos etc. on website including news and events across EMEA
  • Track website content updates, request new materials
  • Partner with developers to continually enhance platform functionality

Experience:

  • Managed membership base for association/organisation (including recruitment and retention)
  • Managed external and internal communications including social media outlets
  • Managed/supported marketing campaigns
  • Managed and executed events including high profile eg CEO level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and network effectively at all levels
  • Confidentiality, diplomacy and experience in working with demanding, high profile stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of discretion and diplomacy
  • Creativity and ability to generate new ideas
  • Demonstrated high levels of productivity
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage time effectively, working to deadlines in a pressurized environment
