1st line Support Engineer - Madrid - 12 months contract - Windows experience - 104 Euros a day
A multinational Organisation is on the lookout for a 1st Line Support Engineer to bolster the team and assist with the ticket distribution.
You will be there to provide a first level support according to a preset call routing based on predefined priority levels.
L1 remote support agents are in charge of:
- First level Support
- Provide assistance and information
- Provide advice and guidance to users relating to IT requests and the self-service applications
- Manage Generic mailboxes
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate understanding in the above mentioned areas also including Procedures Improvement, Quality Assurance of Service Desk daily production.
