Hydrogen's client, a UK based Financial Services institution, are looking to onboard a number of Junior Analysts on a large-scale customer communication programme.
The overriding aim of this programme is to ensure the fair treatment of their customers and to improve the overall customer communications strategy.
Essential skill:
Experience of Insurance products and the broader Insurance market
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and gap analysis
Customer centric mindset
Marketing/Communications development experience
Data analysis skill
Knowledge of change management methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
