Job/Technical knowledge:
Production management, Team Leadership, project management, cost management
Qualification level:
Bachelor degree or HND with relevant experience (eg 5 years in production environment) in Manufacturing or Production discipline
Experience:
Significant (eg5 years) Experience in Assembly/Production environment with a minimum of 2 years management, project management or team leading experience
Essential requirements:
Experience of Lean implementation/culture, quality environment, MRP, scheduling, cost management analysis, people management, leadership, procedures and process experience, problem solving, Health & Safety, budget handling, team leading
Desirable requirements:
Clean room experience

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Manager will support the KPO to deliver the Product' (Equipment's) on Quality, on Time, on Cost.
The Manufacturing Manager is accountable for the schedule for the product -
Accountable for ensuring a schedule is issued & updated, and in line with the Multi-Functional Team's (MFT's) & performance Management expectations, working with the KPO scheduler
Responsible for driving activities to ensure On Time delivery
Managing risks or issues on schedules that could impact any major milestone or final delivery of the product
Reporting product delivery status to the Master Scheduler
The manufacturing manager is responsible for managing the product EAC within the KPO organization, against the MFT and KPO cost base expectations
The manufacturing Manager will drive the team to deliver the product and respective services.
