Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator

Full and part time hours available

Up to £20 per hour

My client is seeking 2 x Customer Fulfilment Co-ordinator/Administrators to join their Cheltenham based team. Both full and part time candidates will be considered for this position.

Successful candidates will be part of a busy engineering environment and assist in the day to day running of the parts fulfilment department. Candidates with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are highly desirable.

Daily Duties

  • Fulfilment of customer orders
  • Data entry
  • Create, manage and close sales orders
  • Administration
  • Processing and Fulfilment of Customer orders in Oracle R12 business system.
  • Manage Order Book to ensure on time delivery and target turnaround time for customers repairs
  • Asset management, manage and co-ordinate the transition of repair orders to vendors
  • Provide strategic customers with timely communications
  • Liaise with other business functions to assist in fulfilment of customer orders
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
