Procurement Manager
I'm currently partnering with a multi-national client who are seeking a Procurement Manager to be based in their London office, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of supplier development and ongoing supplier performance in accordance with my client's business needs.
A key part of the role will be to work closely with external and internal parties to drive supplier selection, assessment, negotiations, contract performance, supply base consolidations, quality improvements, cost reductions and other critical performance metrics. Additionally, you will be expected to execute outsource services acquisition strategy and reduce total cost of services in support of their services Infrastructure deployment.
Requirements:
10 years or more corporate supply chain, procurement, quality, operations and/or process management experience, including at least 8 years or more experience with supplier evaluation/assessment, purchasing, sourcing, logistics or general finance
Strategic planning and change management skills
Ability to work in a Matrix management environment
Experience with ERP systems
Strong Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
