Hydrogen's client, a UK based Financial Services institution, are looking to onboard a number of Project Managers with a large-scale rectifications programme. The overriding aim of this programme is to ensure customers are compensated if they have suffered financial detriment in the past. Our client is experiencing a high period growth at the moment and there are multiple on-going projects within this business unit.
Essential skill:
Experienced Project Manager with Financial Services (5+ years)
Previous Life, Pensions and Investment experience.
Ability to Identify and deliver improvements to processes
Knowledge of customer journey mapping
Customer centric mindset
Knowledge of change management methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Project Management qualification
