Description

This is a second shift position working Sunday- Thursday nights - starting at 9 pm or 11 pm.

Candidates will be providing phone support to the cable installers working at the new stores to confirm hardware is coming back online. They need this person to have great customer services skills, Cisco network skills, hardware, ets,.

Duties include: primarily supporting recabling of US stores from fiber to Cat 6, upgrading Routers, AP's, VOIP and Switches.

Must be local and work onsite. Must be able to pass 20 year criminal background check.
