Manual QA/Business Analyst (Web/Mobile)

The ideal person should have strong experience working in a fast-pace environment managing multiple products for enterprise-level web and mobile web solutions. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with teams to ensure digital products are operating efficiently. In this role you will be doing 80% manual QA of digital devices and about 20% BA duties. This cutting edge, technology leading organization uses the latest technologies and platforms so you will be ensuring the delivery of content to millions of viewers world-wide.

Required Skills
- 3-8 years overall experience
- 2+ years of manual QA experience including UAT
- 2+ years Business Analyst experience
- Experience with consumer facing digital products; web AND/OR mobile
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work in a fast-pace environment
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with connected devices; Roku, AppleTV, Xbox, Firestick, VR, Google Home, SamsungTV, iOS/Android mobile & tablet
- Experience writing test scripts
- Understanding of REST API's, Push Notification Services, oAuth etc.
