Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced Test Lead with proven track record of Financial Services integrations and complex data/account Migrations
- Hands on Test experience in particular around credit cards and loans.
- Migration & data proving experience - ideally focussed on Credit Cards/Loans platforms
- Ability to demonstrate experience of co-ordinating multiple teams towards a common goal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate with individuals at all levels.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills. Must have experience in working with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, such as MI, and manage delivery
- Ability to understand & manage complex data requirements from multiple teams
