Our client, a global leading IT outsourcing company is recruiting for a Test Manager to join their business in Belgium.

Position Title: Test Manager
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: March 2018
Duration: 6 months initially

Responsibilities:
- Lead testing effort to ensure the development of a clear test plan
- Manage testing schedule to ensure all testing deadlines are met
- Perform quality control to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Develop testing artefacts – Test plans, test scenarios, traceability matrix, etc.
- Coordinate with the Environment Manager to ensure all test environments have been set up according to specifications
- Liaise with end-users and/or customer testers to participate in the User Acceptance Testing
- Conduct regular Testing Status meetings with all stakeholders
- Provide test management controls for all code deployments into different test environments

Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance with at least 5 years of experience as Test Manager
- Detailed knowledge of both manual and automation testing and proven experience of testing user interfaces
- Demonstrated achievement in leading large scale projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
