AGILE RELEASE TRAIN PRODUCT OWNER
My client requires an experienced Agile Release Train Product Owner to join their project.
Skills Required:
- Require a solid understanding of the Offshore/global Registry business including the diverse client needs, the market place, the competition and future trends in the Registry product
- Ability to make decisions in the face of ambiguity and incomplete information and to understand/communicate these decisions, to support the team's ability to continue advancing
- Being the ART business lead, you are responsible for interfacing with stakeholders including clients, ensuring that decisions are made, with an aim to ensure alignment across the various groups
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, take initiative, have an agile mindset and lead business/client impact, while collectively owning the outcome of the team/Demonstrated ability to establish a vision for the product and the associated plan, including identifying critical dependencies
- Ability to interface and align across other locations including the TO ART, program level and SPOs
Nice-to-have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar experience working in an Agile environment representing the voice of the customer and building impactful products is highly desirable/7+ years of business experience, preferably within investment fund promotion, distribution or Registry admin
- Undergraduate Degree in Business or equivalent experience
Business Analysis: Knowledge and ability to apply business analysis for planning and requirements
Competitive Knowledge: Using knowledge of competitors' products/services to gain an advantage
Product Development: Using market information to set a vision that guide design and delivery
