I have an urgent requirement for a Programme Manager on a daily rate contract basis.
Key Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in setting up a Service Assurance function.
- Has setup Service Monitoring function & Service Desk function.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required.
- Has delivered in a multi-vendor environment.
- Programme Governance at CxO level and Exec sponsors from 3rd party vendors.
