A Procurement Practitioner with work force planning experience is required to work on a four month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Cumbria.
This is a four month contract working for a leading UK defence contract.

Key skills required for the Procurement Practitioner - work force planner
- Responsible for providing support to the Workforce Planning Lead in the development and maintenance of the long term strategic plans to meet both future resource demand levels and future technical SQEP requirements on behalf of the Function.
- Collation of data, maintenance and tracking of all underpinning assumptions and the evaluation of potential impact of any changes on behalf of the function, to enable adequate capacity assessments to be undertaken across facilities and programmes to accommodate resource demand.
