Trade Surveillance Analyst - Tier 1 Bank
My client, a Tier 1 Bank is looking for a Surveillance Officer to join on a contract basis. The role will focus on monitoring the Surveillance program across the banks enterprises in all monitored regions, in accordance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, firm policies and industry best practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Conducting daily analysis of automated surveillance alerts
- Identify and escalate potential breaches of regulatory rules such as MAR, firm policies and the misuse of MNPI
- Assisting with the development, drafting and integration of processes and procedures
Key requirements:
- Familiarity with diverse product types (eg Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, etc.) and Control Room
- Working knowledge of using mainstream Surveillance systems preferred, eg Actimize, SMARTS
- Assertive and confident manner
