SuccessFactors Implementation Programme - Systems Analyst

12 Month Contract - Day Rate
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the analysis and design of the Legacy systems interfaces to/from SuccessFactors
- Preparing requirements documentation, including interface specifications.
- Supporting the analysis and design of the Data Migration aspects, as necessary.
- Contribute to the test Scripting and execution as appropriate
- Support the business personnel in each HR unit
- Support solution build activities
- Support and deliver training where appropriate
- Support the overall programme delivery
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Systems Analyst, ideally with experience in the implementation of a HR Administration systems and associated interfaces and data migration. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors solution implementation would be a plus.
