Job Type: Contract

Contract Rate: 800 Euro's per day

Contract Length: 12 Months + Extensions

Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract Agile Release Train Product Owner to join their client in Luxembourg.

The Agile Release Train (ART) Product Owner is a business lead in the Advanced Client Experience program, I&TS's single largest, multi-year technology program. The business objective is to deliver to clients an industry leading web portal, enable big data, and serve as a catalyst to transform how we operate as a business.

As ART Product Owner lead the Luxembourg Agile efforts in the3 Advanced Client Experience program (ACE). You are responsible for ensuring the team is focused on delivering the right products/capabilities and bringing the voice of the customer to the Registry agile team.
You will lead includes Agile Product Owners and will work closely with IT/Program Management, the global Senior Product Owner for Registry and the Business Lead for customer One. You are a key driver of the Agile product delivery in Luxembourg, as well as a member of the local ART management team. You are also a key driver of change in our business, working with IT, Operations and other teams both in Lux and globally.

Deliver regular value to clients and differentiate customer within the market by leading the Lux Agile teams, and contribute to the broader Advanced Client Experience deliveries as a business leader

  • Lead the creation of the Registry Product Roadmap that retains clients and grows our book, prioritizing it through client feedback, Product, and alignment with internal initiatives to optimize the delivery of client value
  • Demonstrate a strong vision for the Product/Channel and what the client impact will be, while balancing cross-lab alignment
  • Identify and understand customer pain points at the business feature level across multiple teams and validate that solutions address those needs
  • Make overall Registry ART Product design and evolution decisions considering all labs and stakeholders, identifying dependencies and sequencing to deliver regular value to clients
  • Develop innovative products based on customer feedback, User Experience (UX), commercial / technical / legal assessments, and leveraging the combined experience of Operations and Product
  • Work within the lab environment, supporting lab activities such as creating initiatives, features and stories, testing/validation and ensuring the Lux Product team delivers against its Agile responsibilities
  • Ensure the full ACE portfolio, including data, data APIs and the web portal deliver to client demands; leverage the global elements to drive efficiency and consistency globally and across the ACE program / Align Operational and tradition IT against the digitization efforts of ACE
  • Negotiate priorities between competing stakeholder interests and focus the Lux ART on delivering the highest value/impact items Must-have
  • Require a solid understanding of the Offshore/global Registry business including the diverse client needs, the market place, the competition and future trends in the Registry product
  • Ability to make decisions in the face of ambiguity and incomplete information and to understand/communicate these decisions, to support the team's ability to continue advancing
  • Being the ART business lead, you are responsible for interfacing with stakeholders including clients, ensuring that decisions are made, with an aim to ensure alignment across the various groups
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, take initiative, have an agile mindset and lead business/client impact, while collectively owning the outcome of the team / Demonstrated ability to establish a vision for the product and the associated plan, including identifying critical dependencies
  • Ability to interface and align across other locations including the TO ART, program level and SPOs Nice-to-have
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar experience working in an Agile environment representing the voice of the customer and building impactful products is highly desirable / Business experience, preferably within investment fund promotion, distribution or Registry admin
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Business Analysis: Knowledge and ability to apply business analysis for planning and requirements Competitive Knowledge: Using knowledge of competitors' products/services to gain an advantage Product Development: Using market information to set a vision that guide design and delivery
