The Company
A leading financial services firm based in the City are looking for Remedy SMEs to join the business to help deploy, support and manage new Remedy On-Demand systems as they migrate away from their Legacy BMC Toolsets. You will be providing 2nd & 3rd line support to the Remedy systems once deployed as well as managing application enhancement and service improvement within the ITSM construct.
Key Skills:
- SME with Remedy (preferably Remedy On-Demand)
- Experience deploying and supporting Remedy Systems
- Good understanding and broad experience with wider Infrastructure
