My client is a large Energy Trading firm looking for a Market Data Compliance Manager.
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Collaborate with all levels of Downstream and Upstream business units to provide guidance on Market Data compliance, including services, products and strategy
- Partner with IT&S application support and development teams to ensure that compliance Dependent risks are fully understood and negated
- Ensure the highest levels of compliance for all elements of global Market Data products and services
- Collaborate with Strategy and Architecture on all areas of Market Data architecture, engineering and implementation in order to achieve system compliance and remediation.
- Develop and execute a Global Market Data Compliance strategy, in close collaboration with the Business.
- Build and champion partnerships across the business to enable the smooth progression of all Market Data initiatives
- Lead the evaluation and delivery of new Business initiatives, relating to the use of Market Data within the business.
- Liaise at senior levels within the market data vendors, all business units and IT&S in order to communicate strategy, promote partnership and identify any underlying issues.
- Operate effectively at a global level, establish relationships with other members of global and local teams and take responsibility for agreed objectives.
- Partner with Indirect Procurement to produce vendor specific negotiation approaches and strategy to ensure the best outcomes for the business.
- Deliver Market Data compliance management and ensure that all my client fully understands the methodologies behind compliance and associated cost allocation.
- Understand and assess all vendor offerings, services, products and roadmaps to ensure correct fit for the business and be able to implement strategies around these.
