Pension/retirement plan SME, who has experience in DC and DB plans, and capable of working with a variety of stakeholders (from trusts and actuaries, to HR business partners); There will be ongoing administration and project specific work.
- Experience pension professional to work with DXC regional pension lead.
- Must have support with defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, working with valuations of Trust, operating annual enrolment, experience in environments with governance and operational matrices, capable of speaking to senior leaders and external consultants, and providing reports to HR, Pension lead or consultants.
- The job will focus on operating a range of open and closed DB and DC plans, providing information to various stakeholders, running BAU projects and change projects, and organising information on the various plans for strategic analysis by the current pension lead.
- Over 6 years experience
- Expert Excel and Word skills
- Ideal to have work for a consultant or pension provider and a corporate business
- Capable of starting by End of February
