One of my market leading financial clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a Java Developer for a long-term contract paying excellent rates. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

The Java Developer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
- You have at least 3 years' experience with Java and a modern Front End framework (preferably AngularJS or Polymer) and you are a Rockstar in one of these.
- You have experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- You have experience with an Agile/Scrum method.
- You have database knowledge Oracle, NoSQL, Cassandra.
- You can combine (especially) do and think.
- You actively ask for help and feedback, but you also dare to give feedback.
- Your personality can be described with words such as technology, ownership, team player, innovative, pro-active, flexible, customer- and solution-oriented.
- You have a passion for technology and still find it fun to be hands on.
The Java developer will perform the following responsibilities:
- Existing systems are being improved, new screens and APIs are being created. The performance and security requirements are high. We aim to automate as many tasks as possible so that you can really concentrate on programming.
- You'll be responsible for design, build, test and deploy new features.
- We release several times per week, but perhaps you can help us automating the pipeline even further
- Constantly experimenting and improving of both the way of working
