A leading engineering company in Bristol are currently looking for a Test Equipment Hardware Lead to join the skilled Bristol based electronics team.Your role will be to support the design, production, and delivery of Test Equipment.

Role: Hardware lead - Test equipment
Salary: Flexible D.O.E
Key responsibilities:
Design Test Equipment (build to specification) including producing:
- General Assembly Diagram
- Subcomponent Diagrams
- Bill of Materials
- PCB Design
- Cable Design
- Metalwork design
The successful candidate will take a technical lead as a Subject matter expert of test equipment
As a lead, you will be required to mentor junior engineers, and interact with clients to gather requirements and for support.
Key skills:
- Proven experience producing test equipment
- Security clearance or ability to obtain SC.
- Hardware development experience (as above)
- Labview / National Instruments tool set is desirable (not essential)
