Our client is a recognised market leader in On Demand, integrated Front Office software for the staffing and recruitment industry.
Throughout the recruitment industry, their software solutions are utilised worldwide, by a wide range of staffing and recruitment firms - from emerging new businesses to large, global, multi sector recruitment organisations.
Due to significant growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join the international billing support team, based at the state of the art London Headquarters.
As a Full time Customer Service specialist within the Billing Support team, you will be working closely with the Technical Support, Sales, Professional Services, and Revenue teams to provide updates on customer statuses. You will learn from and work alongside our Billing Support team to create an incredible customer experience with collection of past due invoices and incoming billing inquiries. You will proactively work with your manager and clients to properly maintain invoicing.
A typical day might include:
- Actively monitoring Aging Reports for Past Due customers and sending messaging when necessary
- Answering incoming Billing related questions
- Gathering the required information to help resolve any client inquiries efficiently
- Extensively researching billing issues that are raised
- Managing client expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution
- Collaborating with team members to manage and escalate client inquiries
