NEW ROLE!!! HEAD OF TELEPHONY - CENTRAL LONDON BASEDDAY RATE - £/DAY, 6 MONTH CONTRACT
My client, one of the UKs largest and most established organisations currently seeking a Head of Telephony/Telecomms to lead their telephony team through a huge transformation program. This is a hugely exciting role where the successful candidate will spearhead all change across telephony and will own the strategy, roadmap, vision and implementation of solutions throughout the organisation.
Within the role, the successful candidate will:
- Devise the strategy, architecture and roadmap for all of telephony services
- Design technical solutions to determine the future of telephony throughout the organisation
- Write both technical and operational documentation, including designs (High and Low Level), implementation plans, incidient management/support documents, budgetting plans and more
- Lead an established team using a variety of methodologies including Agile/Scrum & ITIL
- Own all change across Telephony Services and ensure smooth integration throughout other departments within the organisation
The ideal candidate will therefore possess:
- A strong track record of delivering Telephony change programmes across a range of organisations
- Ability to design and architect succesful telephony solutions across large organisations
- Strong management skills across technical and operational areas, with experience of leading teams of varying sizes and expertise
- The ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders throughout the business
- A great understanding of emergin technologies within the industry including VOIP, Unified Telephony Systems, Cloud solutions and more
- Experience of product management and experience of working throughout the project lifecycle
