Our client, a leading Insurer in East Sussex is looking for a Complaints Handler to help them get through a backlog of complaints over the next 3 months.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of Phone and Letter handing of complaints in a Financial Services environment
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and deal with stressful situations
  • Adaptable to ever changing situations
