Communications and Training Manager
We are looking for an experienced Communications and Training Manager to work with out client on an upcoming ERP transformation. It will be facing off against their consultancy, and will be for 10 months based in Luton.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Develop the Communications Strategy
- Develop the Communication Plan
- Advise on optimal methods of communication based on business impacts and stakeholder groups
- Help to find innovative ways to communicate
- Create communications content directly or with support from content specialists
- Arrange for communications media (physical and digital) to be produced and placed
- Manage the communications to ensure they are properly signed off and issued at the right time
- Work with the Change Team to develop and validate content and agree the approach
- Support major project events and workshops (eg phase kick off events)
Skills/capabilities;
- Ideally the candidate would have experience of looking at education and training closely linked to communications. They would need to be able to review and revise the current training strategy, develop an initial training plan and manage a training needs analysis. This will then be handed over to the training team for delivery.
