Role of the Talent Acquisition/Sales Recruiter
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global tech brand for a Sales Recruiter to join their TA team in Dublin. As an integral member of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, your focus will be our inside sales hub in Dublin along with presales recruiting, partnering with the lead sales recruiter and the internal stakeholders to recruit for the organisations throughout the financial year. With a real drive to attract talent within a highly competitive market, you'll work closely with the sales business leaders, HR, Finance, Legal (etc) to ensure that you provide the best possible partnership acting as a trusted advisor across all sales recruitment here in EMEA.
Requirements of the Talent Acquisition/Sales Recruiter
- Building effective and innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies to successfully hire top talent in EMEA, including direct sourcing through social networking
- Management of end to end recruitment cycle & Attract, Select, Onboard Manage a high volume of requisitions, demonstrating the ability to prioritise, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail & excellent, timely communication with candidates, peers and hiring managers
- Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements
- Pipelining for future roles within the sales organisation
- Close engagement and influencing of key stakeholders to ensure effective partnership
- Understanding hiring requirements and transparent working relationships with the wider HR organisation to ensure we're hiring the right profiles in the right countries
- Negotiating and closing offers with sales candidates Cold calling exercises to engage with passive candidates within the market place Selling to potential candidates
- Involvement in local and global projects to ensure success through process improvements
