Our leading client based in Perth are looking for a Technical Author with the following skills and experience:
- An established Technical Author with proven experience in a similar role
- Enthusiastic, professional, and a constructive team player
- Strong interviewing, information gathering, and SME stakeholder management skills
- Track record of working clearly to brief without the need for direct editorial supervision
- Track record of delivering high quality content in all standard media
- Experience of delivering knowledgebase or workplace support platforms
- Ability to learn new domains quickly and hit the ground running
- Can demonstrate a structured approach to the management of large learning curves (applying a structured approach, and leaving a breadcrumb trail for others)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, including authoring in SharePoint
