Level 1 Support Engineer - Dublin - Long term contract
Our client a Global IT Services company are looking for L1 Support engineers (long term contract) to join there customer programme.
For this role you must able to demonstrate:
- Monitoring of alerts
- Basic troubleshooting and triaging of incidents
- Execute simple network service requests
- Maintain documentation and update periodically
- Escalate and communicate as per standard operating procedures
- Create Reports of network performance
