Description
We are looking to hire a Production Technician based in Southend for one of our direct client.
Shift: Hours of Work 6am -2pm & 2pm -10pm rotating shifts
Drug screening required.
Key skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Previous experience utilizing lean manufacturing tools and concepts.
- Track record of effectively develop, coach, empower, inspire and motivating others.
- Strong decision making skills and accountability
- Have worked in Engineering/high volume Production environment
- Apprenticeship served Engineer, Experience of automatic assembly equipment
- Experienced in Mechanical, electrical & pneumatic fault finding
- Experience on all types of Toolroom machines would be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and too tight time scales
- Be physically fit and agile
- Logical thinker and planner. Be able to nurture and train others
- Able to liaise with engineering depts on projects work
