Proteus Europe is searching for an Application Rollout Manager (operational role) for a long term contract role based in Namur, Belgium.
Languages: French + English
Experience level required: 8yrs+

Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.

Your New role :-

The purpose of this mission is to select an Application Deployment Management Process Manager and an active contributor to the continuity of service of the other processes under the responsibility of the ITSM (incident, problem and change management) unit.
- Guarantor of the application deployment management process
- Daily operational management of application deployments
- Active contribution to the continuity of service of the other processes under the responsibility of the ITSM cell (management of incidents, problems and changes)
As an indication, here are the types of deliverables that could be requested during the mission (non-exhaustive list):

Guarantor of the Application Deployment Management Process
- Application deployment management process,
- Procedures and work instructions,
- Training materials,
- Performance indicators.
Operational Management of ITSM Processes
- Contribution to the improvement of other processes
- Minutes of meetings and action plan,
- Communication,
- On request, writing reports of changes, major incidents.
- Agenda and steering of the CABs
- Service Reporting and KPIs

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-
- Possess a proven ITSM process manager experience in an IT department
- ITIL
- French English
- Have a good knowledge of computer production environments and their problems, in general,
- Good knowledge and mastery of Business Object (creation and diffusion of reporting),
- Good capacity in preparation and animation of meetings, telephone meetings, including in an emergency or crisis operational context,
- Ability to define and follow action plans,
- Good relationship and listening Customer,
- Autonomous but able to work in a team,
- Responsible,
- Respectful of rules, standards and procedures,
- Available,
- Dynamic,
- Rigorous,
- Methodical,
- Analytical capacity and synthesis skills
- Constructive,
- Ability to cope with difficult and complex situations,

- Ability to interact and interact in synergy with technical teams, users or their representatives as well as with external suppliers.
