Systems Accountant, West Sussex
An opportunity has come up for a Systems Accountant to join my client's Finance Department, based in West Sussex for an initial 3 months contract
The purpose of the role is to support and administer the organisation's Financial Management System (Ci Anywhere - Technology One)
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): maintaining financial systems; ensuring the integrity of the general ledger, and ensure the debtors, creditors and exchequer modules work at optimum efficiency; developing the financial systems in terms of stand-alone efficiency and workflow improvements as part of the wider network of systems; designing and building the interfaces to the financial system; designing, writing and producing financial management reports.
The ideal candidate will be CCAB or CIMA or CIPFA qualified and will have relevant experience working as a systems accountant. Any experience with Ci Anywhere - Technology One will be a distinct advantage
This is a great opportunity to work within a flexible environment (37 hours per week) with the opportunity to take on a permanent position after the contract period
