Role: Instructional Designer
Contract Duration: Initial 3 months
Location: Chester
Rate: Negotiable
Pontoon has an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading Consumer Credit Card Providers based in Chester, to create learning solutions including class room learning documents, lesson plans, guides and references.
Experience that I'm looking for:
- Experience in design and development of learning solutions
- Financial services experience
- Experience in delivery of learning solutions
- Experience using content authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline (not essential)
- Strong knowledge of relevant methodologies, techniques and learning theories
Day to Day responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and delivery of business change learning solutions working in partnership with the Learning consultant and Project Managers
- Responsible for the delivery of learning solutions where required
- Design 'learner centric' solutions that meet the overall programme objectives and provide 'best in class' learner experience
- Work with SMEs to design solutions in line with the agreed business requirements
- Incorporate video editing into E-learning solutions
