Description

Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables

Support the Lead Project Manager in delivery of key projects & deliverables in the Segmentation programme, this will be achieved through:

  • Definition and Delivery of own workstream(s) within the assigned project, including understanding new or outstanding deliverables and agreeing the delivery plan with key stakeholders
  • Working as part of a small team to ensure goals of the project are met in the required timescales, flexing to support other colleagues where required
  • Working with key stakeholders to clearly articulate the need for change and the measures by which this will be assessed
  • Ensuring through attention to detail that deliverables within own area are successfully delivered

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Financial Services experience 3 years +
  • Change Management experience 3 years +
  • Experience of leading a team of change professionals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Previous Integration experience
